Audrey Milesi - AMC Advisory is the operator of the and provider of the services offered on this website. Thus, Audrey Milesi - AMC Advisory is responsible for the collection, processing and use of your data and is committed to act in full compliance with the revised Swiss Data Protection («revDPA») and EU General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR»).
The protection of your personal data is a top priority at Audrey Milesi - AMC Advisory. The term "personal data" in this Data Protection Statement to shall mean any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify any person.


This data Protection policy is meant to inform you about what data is collected on and how it is used. You will also learn how you can check the accuracy of this information and arrange for us to delete this data. Please note that this Data Protection policy may change from time to time. We therefore recommend that you regularly read this privacy policy to ensure that you are always familiar with the latest version.

3. Collection, use and processing of personal and company-related data

3a. General processing of personal data
In the context of our activities and business relationships, we keep emails and phone numbers. We are not keeping any CRM and do not send out any newsletters marketing materials.Before entering into any business relationship and insofar as it is permitted to us, we obtain certain personal data from publicly accessible sources (e.g., Companies’ websites, public registers, commercial registers, press, internet).

 

3b. Data processing when visiting our website
By visiting our website, certain data is automatically stored on our servers for system administration, statistical or backup purposes. We only process personal data if this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our contents and services.


These are:
- your IP address (under certain circumstances)
- the date
- the time
- the website from which you http://www.amc.advisory.com/
- the keywords you used


Under certain circumstances, this data may allow conclusions to be drawn about a specific visitor.
However, personal data will not be used in this context. The use of such data is exclusively anonymous.


4. Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Grounds
We primarily use collected contact data (email and phone numbers) in order to conclude and process contracts with our clients and business partners.


5. Profiling and automated Individual Decision-Making
We do not process your personal data automatically with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling).


6. Information, deletion and correction
You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. We ask you to send a request for information by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, proof of identity is required at the same address.


You have the possibility to request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. Of course, you are
also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the use or processing of personal data with effect for

Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose.
With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to certain legal obligations which provide for a retention obligation for certain data. We have to fulfil this obligation. If you wish the deletion of data which is subject to the statutory retention obligation, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfil the statutory retention obligations. After expiry of the retention period, your request for deletion will be complied with.

7. Data security
We will keep your data secure and therefore take all reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, misuse or alteration (such as training, network and IT solutions). Any employees and contractual partners who could have access to your data are contractually bound to secrecy and compliance with data protection regulations. In some cases, it will be necessary for us to pass on your requests to companies affiliated with us. Your data will also be treated confidentially in these cases.

8. Cookies
To facilitate the use of our website we use so-called "Cookies. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are temporarily stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive and are necessary for the use of our website . 9. Plug-ins
9.1. LinkedIn

Plugins of the social network LinkedIn of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "LinkedIn") are integrated into our website. You can recognize the LinkedIn plugins by the LinkedIn logo or the "Recommend" button on our site. When you visit our pages, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the LinkedIn server. LinkedIn receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the LinkedIn "Recommend" button while you are logged into your LinkedIn account, you can link the contents of our pages to your LinkedIn profile. This allows LinkedIn to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, are not aware of the content of the transmitted data or their use by LinkedIn. 9.2. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie (browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL previously visited website, IP address, time of server request) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on our website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.


Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and

10. Retention periods for your personal Data
We process and retain your personal data as long as required for the performance of our contractual obligation and compliance with legal obligations or other purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, during the performance of the contract until it is terminated) as well as beyond this duration in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations.


Personal data may be retained for the period during which claims can be asserted against our company or insofar as we are otherwise legally obliged to do so or if legitimate business interests require further retention (e.g., for evidence and documentation purposes). As soon as your personal data are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, they will be deleted or anonymized, to the extent possible. In general, shorter retention periods of no more than twelve months apply for operational data (e.g., system logs).


11. Changes and validity
This policy is subject to regular but at least annual review and any changes will be posted on this page. In this way, you can always find out what data we store, how we collect and use it. The policy is valid from the date stated below.
